수술 후 경과 과정

수술 후 3~4주 : shedding현상으로 이식 후 2~3 주간 자라나던 모발들이 빠지기 시작

수술 후 3~4개월 : 이식 모발이 재성장하는 시기 (regrowing, mild folliculitis로 예견)

드물게 quiescent period (period of inactivity) – 이식모는 빠지지도 자라지도 않으며 1-2주, 가끔 3~4개월 지속.

수술후 12개월 이상 - 모발이식 후 미용적 효과 극대화 시기

수술 후 관리

창상 치료의 목적 (Wound Care)

1) 피딱지형성 억제 (To prevent crust formation)

2) 외상 조직에 수분을 공급해 상처치료 촉진 (To promote wound healing by creating an appropriate moisture balance in traumatized tissues)

창상 치료의 방법

1) 온찜질 (Warm compresses) – 피딱지가 나타나는 술후 첫 3-4일에 중요, lightly salinated water/copper peptide products

2) 연고 (Ointments) – polysporin, mupirocin, Neosporin, petrolatum

하루 두번 공여부와 이식부(twice daily, along the donor incision and recipient area)

수분 공급과 감염의 장벽을 만들어 상처치유 (Wound healing by retaining moisture & by providing physical and/or medical barrier to infention)

3) Surgical gels – Surgilube, copper peptide gels

water soluble, easily rinsed out

Vitamin E gel – allergic contact dermatitis 유발해 처방금지
